As Lead Counsel in the firm's real estate department, Mr. Adams has coordinated thousands of real estate closings in the issuance of title insurance. Mr. Adams strives to serve his client's needs in corporate and personal bankruptcy, insurance and mortgage laws, real estate matters, and corporate formations. His duties include preparation of commercial and residential real estate contracts, mortgage loan and real estate closings and the formation of homeowner and condominium associations for developers. Mr. Adams' present practice additionally includes the formations of corporate and limited liability companies, business contract preparation, business closings, probate, formation of guardianships and trusts. 

Mr. Adams is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Adams is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.

Mr. Adams was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish.
